PILATES & MOVEMENT: Develop core strength and flexibility; improve posture & balance. 

IN-PERSON CLASS:
TUESDAYS: Se[t 6-Oct 25, 5:30-6:30PM, 7-classes (no class 9/27)

The SOCIAL HALL is very spacious with beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, and lots of light.
*COVID POLICY: Proof of Vaccination; social distancing; masks optional.

ZOOM CLASS:
FRIDAYS: Sept 9-Oct 28, 10-11am, 7-classes (no class 9/30)


FEES:
*Each class is sold separately, unless you chose the COMBO option.
*If you miss class Tues or Fri, I can send a Video link to view a Friday class.

  • Drop-in: $18 (Tuesday, or Friday)
  • 7-Classes TUESDAYS/IN-PERSON: Single $115/Couples $196 ($14 each per class)
  • 7-Classes FRIDAYS/ZOOM: Single $115/Couples $196 ($14 each per class)
  • 14-Classes TUES + FRI COMBO: Single $196/Couples $336 ($12 each per class)

HOW TO PAY: I prefer Checks, yet you can use Venmo if you have an account connected to you bank and indicate it a ‘payment between friends & family’ to avoid processing fees. If necessary, you can use Credit cards/PayPal through my website + a small processing fee.
