Hiking for Fun & Fitness: 1-hour Sessions (max 3-students): Dates/Times (TBA)

Learn how to walk easier, improve balance, and get training in how to use trekking poles for fitness and safety.

Outdoor sessions are offered in Tilden Park, or other open spaces, while maintaining social distancing. Sessions can include working with balance, posture, walking, strength training, and learning how to use trekking poles properly.

FEES: Max 3-students:

  • One Student: $100
  • Two Students: $130 
  • Three Students: $150
HOW TO PAY: I prefer payment by check, or Venmo; yet you can pay with PayPal or Credit (plus a small processing fee).
