Hiking for Fun & Fitness: 1-hour Sessions (max 3-students): Dates/Times (TBA)
Learn how to walk easier, improve balance, and get training in how to use trekking poles for fitness and safety.
Outdoor sessions are offered in Tilden Park, or other open spaces. Sessions can include working with balance, posture, strength , and learning how to use trekking poles properly. Students can speak with me about their specific goals before the session.
FEES: Max 3-students (students must be at similar ability levels):
- One Student: $130
- Two Students: $150 ($75 each)
- Three Students: $165 ($55 each)
