About Ernie Adams
Ernie Adams is a Pilates Instructor , Guild Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner , Barfoot Training Specialist & Personal Fitness Coach (NASM), with an extensive background as a professional dancer. He has over 30 years’ experience specializing in movement education and injury prevention, including many years clinical experience collaborating with physical therapists to treat orthopedic, neurological, dance and sports related injuries. These include improving walking, balance, posture, back care, chronic pain, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, and other neurological conditions. User Friendly Pilates is a “somatic” approach Ernie Adams has developed integrating Feldenkrais®, Pilates, Yoga, and Dance. He offers individual sessions and classes at his office El Cerrito, CA.
